A.C.C. is recommended to maintain perfectly clean the inner surface of:

Air coolers (air side)

• Scavengers
• Washing blades

Cylinder crenels

A.C.C. reduces also piston ring deposits and scales.

INSTRUCTIONS

Injection method

A.C.C., diluted in a proportion of 1 to 3 with water, may be injected with the aid of the INJECTION KIT ( supplied upon request) after the turboblowers, i.e. in the air line before the coolers. A.C.C., carried by the air, invests air coolers, cleaning valves and hits the cylinder through the washing system.

The quantity of A.C.C. to be injected depends on the actual conditions of the air coolers and on their dimensions: in principle one injection of A.C.C. every 24 hours (for each cooler) is sufficient (recommended injection solution of 1 to 2 liters of A.C.C. mixed with 3 liters of water). The emulsion must be prepared and mixed thoroughly before use.

After approximately 10 minutes the injection must be repeated with 5 liters of fresh water only.

DIPPING METHOD

The product must be used pure, in a metal tank slightly larger than the air cooler.

Stirring the product by compressed air or a small pump will improve the result.

Cleaning will take approximately 3 to 4 hours, thereafter rinse thoroughly with pressurized water, preferably hot.

Any A.C.C. left may be filtered and recuperated.

PRECAUTIONS

Use protective gloves and glasses, do not inhale vapors. In case of contact with eyes rinse thoroughly with fresh running water and if required search for medical assistance.
