Defoamer

Our concentrated silicone defoamer is a powerful solution for immediate foam control in various applications, including sewage treatment, wastewater systems, and pressurized systems. It disperses quickly in hot and cold water, defoams instantly, and remains active for an extended period. This non-toxic, fully biodegradable, and non-fuming formula is easy to use and provides excellent foam removal and control.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

1. Cold Water:

DEFOAMER S-40 can be applied undiluted, but for optimal efficiency in unfavorable conditions (very cold water or little agitation), dilute with softened or demineralized water at a ratio of 1:4.

2. Sewage Systems:

Mix 1 part DEFOAMER S-40 with 5 parts fresh water and pump into the EVAC ejector tank 30 minutes before top load.

3. Hot Systems:

Always dilute DEFOAMER S-40 before adding to hot systems.

4. Dilution Storage:

If a dilution is not used within 24 hours, thoroughly mix before use.

Recommended Dosage:

Typically, 50 ppm of DEFOAMER S-40 is sufficient.
